Welcome to Mchezo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

- impersonate any person, business, government office, or Mchezo/Ticheze representative;
- post or distribute malware, phishing links, spam, automated scraping tools, or harmful code;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service;
- post deceptive, misleading, violent, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content where not allowed;
- manipulate ratings, reviews, installs, or engagement metrics;
- collect, share, or sell personal data without proper authorization and consent.
3. Content and Moderation
We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe content or behavior violates these terms, our guidelines, or any platform policy. We may also preserve or disclose content when required by law or to protect users, the service, or our rights.
4. Service Changes and Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service may be affected by network conditions, device limitations, maintenance, or external platform requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these terms, our guidelines, or any applicable platform policy. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may request account deletion through the app or support channels where available.

Community Guidelines
Mchezo is designed for respectful, useful, and locally relevant communication. To keep the platform safe and trustworthy, all users must follow these guidelines.
1. Respect and Safety
Do not post hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, discrimination, or content that targets people based on identity, religion, ethnicity, gender, disability, nationality, or similar protected characteristics.
2. Honest and Accurate Content
Do not publish false claims, scams, manipulated media, misleading promotions, or misinformation about health, safety, public issues, elections, or community events.
3. Spam, Abuse, and Automation
Do not flood the platform with repetitive posts, bots, scraping, mass messaging, or other abusive activity. Do not manipulate engagement, followers, ratings, or reviews.
4. Intellectual Property and Privacy
Do not upload content that violates copyright, trademarks, or other rights. Do not share personal data, private messages, or images of others without permission where permission is required.
5. Reporting and Enforcement
If you see harmful or policy-violating content, report it using the in-app tools. We may review, remove, restrict, or escalate content and accounts when necessary to protect the community or comply with legal and platform requirements.
App Store & Platform Compliance
Mchezo is built to comply with the requirements of app distribution platforms, including Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, and similar marketplaces. We may update features, policies, permissions, or metadata to keep the service compliant and available.
- Our store listing, screenshots, descriptions, ratings, and permissions must be accurate and not misleading.
- If the app supports account creation, we provide a clear account deletion path within the app or through a supported web flow.
- If a feature needs access to contacts, camera, location, storage, notifications, or similar device capabilities, we request only what is necessary and explain why.
- We may suspend or modify features that conflict with app store rules, security requirements, or legal obligations.
